Have you ever tried leading a group of fraternity men to do service? Well I have and it is not easy. My experience in leadership has developed my abilities to lead tremendously by attending leadership and executive conferences as well as leading various events.
Self-Motivation is one of my biggest allies that powers my determination to see projects from start to finish in a timely manner. I use my positivity and energy to motivate those around me.
Need new ideas/innovations or someone who adapts quickly? Well then I'm your guy! Ideation is one of my top strengths and with it I am able to come up with innovative solutions to problems.
My high energy and positivity mixed with my skillset and ability to lead by example creates a fun working environment for my teamates. Not only am I a fun teamate to work with, but I collaboration with other to create amazing results.

I worked through design to implement a beautiful front-end for the TaSQL dashboard as well as an Admin Panel.
My skills in PHP expanded rapidly as we were required to use vanilla php to communicate with a MySQL Database.
My team and I designed a normalized database to store users data and tasks.

Utilized Agile Methodologies
Through issue tracking and milestones I was able to delegate task to my teamates to be accomplished in a timely manner. I wrote wiki pages and documented all code written to increase productivity.
